I founded Syllogiq to do one thing well: look across a business — operations, people, process, systems, data, governance, and decision-making — and find the constraints that are difficult to see from inside one function. Then say plainly what leadership should build, change, and do first.
My background spans operations, executive leadership, workforce and HR, organizational design, governance, data, statistics, analytics, research, systems, automation, technology, AI, decision support, M&A and integration, risk, healthcare-related business issues, and global organizations. That includes Mercer / Marsh McLennan, Shutterstock, and other operating, consulting, executive, and research environments.
Clients work directly with me. There is no consulting pyramid and no handoff. You are hiring judgment, and you should be able to talk to the person exercising it.
Serious about systems. Considerably less serious about myself.
Global in scope. Local by commitment.
A global practice
My work has spanned 150+ countries, and it still does. Multinational operating models, distributed leadership teams, regional structures, U.S. market entry, international expansion, cross-border integration, and the recurring question of what should be global, regional, or local. I am equally comfortable with a Sarasota business owner and a multinational executive team, because the underlying system is the same.
Sarasota is home
Syllogiq is headquartered in Sarasota, Florida. I live here. I want businesses in Sarasota and Tampa Bay to grow, stay strong, create good jobs, and hand over well when founders and families are ready. And I want them to have access to the level of operating thinking usually reserved for much larger firms. That is not a marketing position; it is the place I go home to.
